Our package comes with unlimited storage for every email account you set up. Some well known free email providers only give you around 2MB of disk space.

Automatic Virus Protection

At coolmail, our virus tools are configured to detect and delete any emails containing viruses automatically. This means they will never even reach your inbox, so you can relax in the knowledge that your mail is safe.

Spam Filtering

Spam is a huge problem for most email users, and although it cannot be stopped, it can be dramatically reduced. All coolmail emails are checked and filtered for spam, eliminating a vast amount.

Web Based Control Panel

With every email address registered with coolmail comes a control panel that can be accessed through the website, allowing you to view or change your account settings.

Use Your Favourite Email Program

With coolmail you can choose to receive your emails through your favourite email software. For example, if you like Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express, you can have your coolmail emails sent to that package. Alternatively, you can use our web mail service to send and receive your emails through a web browser.

Using web mail means you can send and receive emails anywhere in the world. Simply log into your account using any computer with Internet access no matter where you are.

With every email account set up through coolmail, we give you 3 email addresses. For example, you can register yourname@coolmail, yoursurname@coolmail and someoneelse@coolmail whilst only paying for one account.
